1. Examination date: Our school will hold an examination in six sessions in the morning and afternoon sessions from May 19 (Friday) to May 21 (Sunday), 2012.

2. Registration method: Please go to the school's enrollment registration system (http://dyu.edu.tw/su09) Select any session and complete the payment to complete the examination registration operation.

3. Review materials: Please refer to the direction of preparation of review materials in the Department’s announcement for details. The upload date of review materials is from May 4th to May 10th, 2011 (9:00 am to 9:00 pm every day).

4. Interview level query: Please check the interview list of each level and related precautions on the department's website at 5:00 pm on May 16, 2012 (Tuesday).

5. Please bring your ID card and this notice to take the test. If you do not have an ID card, you can also bring a valid ID card with a photo such as a driver's license, IC health insurance card, etc., to facilitate the identity verification operation.

6. If there are design and art-related works that are beneficial to the review but cannot be uploaded, they can also be brought on the day of the interview, otherwise they are exempt.

• ※Students who apply for more than 2 departments of this school can choose to come to the school for an interview on the same day, and the department will coordinate the interview time.

• ※Candidates from schools for children of Taiwanese businessmen in outlying islands and mainland China can choose to have a video interview during registration. Please refer to the instructions on the registration page for details.

• ※In order to encourage disadvantaged students to go on to higher education, those who meet the requirements of page 511 of the admissions guide and provide supporting documents during the registration period are approved, the registration fee is exempted, and they are entitled to transportation and accommodation subsidies.
